The Couples Program at Oneness is a private, one-on-one retreat in Costa Rica for couples seeking deeper connection, emotional healing, and a renewed understanding of themselves and each other. After a full health, psychological, and relationship assessment, we build a program around your shared goals, each partner’s individual needs, and the level of support required.

Our Couples Psychedelic-Assisted Program begins at USD $4,500 per couple. Every couple arrives with different needs, preferences and travel plans, so there is no one-size-fits-all package: your experience is built around your therapeutic needs, the accommodation you choose, and how long you stay.
The USD $4,500 covers the therapeutic part of the program. Accommodation and meals are added according to the stay you choose.

How does a psychedelic retreat for couples work?
It starts with an assessment of both of you, together and then separately, so the program is built around the relationship and around each person in it. Most of us walk into a partnership carrying things from long before it: old patterns, old fears, whatever went unresolved. Those shape the relationship whether or not either of you can name them. So the work runs on both tracks, individual and shared, with what the two of you want from the relationship at the centre. The Costa Rica part is private to you both, with Oxana there throughout, and integration afterwards is held jointly and one to one. It starts at USD $4,500 for two participants. This is not couples therapy and it does not stand in for it.
That is the usual case, not the exception. Plenty of couples come to us because one of them has done this before, got something real out of it, and wants the other to have their own version of it. Preparation is built per person, so whoever is new spends more time on what a session actually feels like, and both of you arrive prepared. Dosing is set individually and never matched for symmetry just because you came together. The part that matters most is that both of you want to be there. One partner talking the other into it shows up at screening, which is the right place for it to show up.
Not in the way that word usually gets used. Personal consumption is not treated as a crime under Costa Rican law, and there is no licensing regime for psychedelic retreats in either direction, which is the grey area every centre in the country works inside. No licensing regime is not the same thing as formal authorisation, and the picture can change. Costa Rica also has a long history of plant-medicine practice behind it, and that is why the in-person part of an Oneness program happens there. It tells you nothing about the law where you live. Oneness does not supply, ship or sell any substance, and carrying anything home is a serious offence in most countries.
Talk to them before you pay anyone, and pay attention to how the conversation feels. Ask what their training is and where it was done. Ask them to walk you through the whole thing: who screens you, what preparation looks like, who is in the room during the session, what integration is included afterwards and for how long. Ask what happens if it gets overwhelming. Read enough about the medicine beforehand that you can tell a real answer from a smooth one. Word of mouth helps. Your own instinct helps more. Anyone who pressures you, promises you an outcome, or needs a decision today is telling you something useful about themselves.
